As a registered client, you can log in to your Therapy Notes Client Portal to:

  • Request an Appointment

  • Reschedule an Appointment

  • Cancel an Appointment​

  • Update your billing information

  • Access paperwork and policies

messaging app

As a current client, you'll receive an invite to the pMD app during your first session. Use this app to "text" your therapist for issues regarding:

  • Running late or last-minute cancellations​

  • Help accessing the building or parking

  • Between session updates

  • Questions as needed
