ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST:
Kelsee Keitel, MS ED, LMHCA, NCC, CFLEP
Kelsee Keitel isowner and therapist at Hemlock Counseling Services. She's a former educator who left her school counseling job in 2021.
While doing her dream-work now, the transition out of education (and the decision to do so) was filled with a range of emotions, including deep grief, and a terrifying-yet-empowering exploration of her identity.
She knows (in her own flavor) what it is like to leave a job and students you love so much, as well as the internal and external challenges that follow that life-changing decision.
You aren't alone on this journey.
You're invited to Ex Ed. Join other former educators who are navigating the new waters of life outside of the school system. Over 10 weeks (10, 60-minute sessions), we'll explore emotions, learn effective coping skills, develop your identity, strengthen your mind-body connection, and find hope in your next season.
For many educators, leaving the profession was the first step in finally putting their own needs first. This group is another step towards investing in yourself.
